When you place an online order with Lou's Loungerie

We will acknowledge your order by e-mail upon receipt of your order and payment. This e-mail will be your invoice and include details of your order, your payment details including postage & packaging costs. Post and packaging costs are calculated automatically by the system, based on delivery location and number of items. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct.

Most items on the website are currently in stock and we will endeavor to fulfill your choice of garment, size and colour, however our system does not always update in 'real time' despite our best efforts, therefore a product may show as in stock on our website, but may have been sold recently in our store, therefore we will need to order it in for you. Please be aware, we may not be able to get it anymore, in the case of some sale items, for example. If there are any problems with any product availability, we will inform you immediately by e-mail or phone and offer a solution to you asap.

Please note that the pictures shown are an illustration of the garments only and that the laces and trims may vary.

We aim to dispatch the goods to your specified address within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. This is dependent on swift receipt of the product from our suppliers and also the postal service out to you. A number of our suppliers are overseas, therefore delivery times may be longer. We will give your best guide on postage when you place your order, and we will update you with expected delivery dates as and when we get them from our suppliers.

Returns Policy​

 

If you are unhappy with your product ordered online via our website, please contact lousloungerie@hotmail.com in the first instance, within 14 days of receipt of your item, to discuss next steps. Please be aware the returns policy below applies to all products purchased both online and in-store, so please read in full. Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition with all labels attached to:

If a credit note is issued, please note that this is only valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or not as described.

 

Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return certain goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Briefs, swimwear, tights & accessory products cannot be returned unless faulty.​

​

Any product not cared for as per the manufacturer's instructions will not be considered faulty and no refund will be given. Please discuss with the manager if you feel you have received a faulty product and we will endeavor to resolve this where appropriate.

Any returns are at the manager's discretion and we always recommend that you try products before you purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
