I went to Lous Loungerie this afternoon and can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable being measured. Lou was kind, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. Lou you helped me make the perfect choice and I will definately be back. Thank you so much again for everything.

Helped with bra fitting and given lots of time and personal attention when choosing which bra to buy. It's not just about buying things but you are treated with warmth, respect and patience. An uplifting experience in so many ways. x

Lou made me feel comfortable in her shop and wasn't pushy with any sales. I was measured and she was very professional but also had a good laugh with me at the same time. She is a bubbly and friendly lady and I can't wait to go again to buy some more lovely bras from her. My husband was also very happy with what I went home with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs measuring and some good quality underwear!!!

Went to see Lou on Saturday to get measured for a new bra, my experience was brilliant, Louise was professional and helpful, l have been measured before at a couple of stores in Hull that have now closed but Louise did a great job getting me the correct size , thanks Louise .

I popped in after having a near meltdown at my wedding dress fitting! Lou was absolutely lovely and helped me get sorted. Even allowed me to take my dress in to try on different options. Absolutely lovely person and really helped me get sorted and put my mind at ease.

Popped in today for a fitting and came away with a gorgeous new bra that feels great. Fabulous service, lots of choice, great selection of sets and swimwear. I will definitely be back in the coming weeks.

Great to find someone who measures you properly and takes the time to check you’re choosing the right bra. After years of trying to get a comfortable bra, finally discovered I’d previously been told the incorrect size.

I’ll be back soon to buy more colours. Thank you
