I visited today for a new bra after not being measured for quite some time and since having a baby, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Lou was so kind, caring and professional, instantly putting me at ease and making the whole process feel relaxed and positive. She really listened and found me the perfect bra. The service was outstanding and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend.
Been putting it off for so long going to get measured and get a bra that actually fits me properly, but I popped in today and I'm so glad I did, the service I received was incredible. Sarah made me feel so comfortable she brought me few different styles and sizes to try on till we found the perfect fit. I would highly recommend!
Popped to Lou's today for a bra fitting and some new bras, Louise was super helpful and really knew her stuff and spent the time to find me the right bra. Great shop to have in the village.
Popped in today as my 13 year old daughter needed a supportive bra.
She has learning difficulties and initially refused to be helped. The lady was very patient and encouraging and in the end, managed to measure her and we came away with a pretty, soft, supportive first proper bra and as I bonus I got measured and got a lovely new bra too.
A lovely lady and I would definitely recommend this shop.
I went to Lous Loungerie this afternoon and can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable being measured. Lou was kind, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. Lou you helped me make the perfect choice and I will definately be back. Thank you so much again for everything.

Lou made me feel comfortable in her shop and wasn't pushy with any sales. I was measured and she was very professional but also had a good laugh with me at the same time. She is a bubbly and friendly lady and I can't wait to go again to buy some more lovely bras from her. My husband was also very happy with what I went home with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs measuring and some good quality underwear!!!

An incredibly friendly welcome and we immediately felt relaxed and well attended to. Lou is clearly extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent practical advice and suggestions whilst listening to our product needs carefully. Both my teenage daughter and I had a fitting from Lou and both left very happy...and comfortable! Excellent product knowledge and advice. Highly recommended. I feel very lucky to have this independent business here in Cottingham.
I have been meaning to leave a review for a while I can honestly say this is the first time ever since I started wearing and buying bras that I feel comfortable and that they fit correctly. I now only buy my bras from Lou’s loungerie the owner knows what she is doing and if she doesn’t have your size, will order it in. Loving my panache bras I have recently bought. If you want a person who is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly then I can highly recommend Lou’s loungerie.
As a transgender person they where so accommodating and just measure and fitted me like any other lady and the service is excellent

Cannot rate this place highly enough , popped in today for a bra to go under an outfit for a wedding and got the perfect item , plus a few other bits . The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, clearly an expert fitter and the shop has a fabulous range of stock , such a pleasure to see these days, personal service and choice , highly recommend this place very much appreciated . 😊👏
Such a brilliant shop, beautiful lingerie, swimwear and gym wear, and such friendly and knowledgeable staff.
First time customer today but certainly won't be the last! Such a lovely lady, made to feel at ease straight away, measured me and was given lots of advice and help to find exactly what I was looking for.
